HandyANDY  Was Founded in 1995 by  Andy Luick. He is a 4th generation contractor & real estate investor who has worked as a full time handyman for 29 years.

We are run as a family business…we work together & play together…some of our staff has been with us for 13 years now.  Each is unique and brings specialized skills to the job.  All of us enjoy what we do and take pride in a job well done.

Our mission is to provide the highest level of home repair & improvement to metro Atlanta that we can, at affordable pricing, with high quality materials and long term warranties.

What Does HandyANDY Do?

We’re homeowners who work for homeowners. We handle every facet of home repair and improvement. We handle upgrading and renovations like kitchen and bath makeovers but also fire, storm or flood restorations. We have a special team that works with realtors to handle inspection repairs and purchases using the 203k renovation loan. We work with buyers of foreclosures to make sure they are getting a good house AND provide line-by-line pricing for repairs and improvements so they can make an informed decision.
